The Never Quit Grip is a must for any AR shooter! It gives you an instand vertical grip, with out adding more weight to your rifle.
Easily installed by popping open your trigger guard, sliding it over your magazine well, putting the trigger guard back in place, and you are done!
When used with a sling, your natural hand position is at the mag-well, so bringing the rifle up using the grip gives you a nice pad to hold firmly to, while keeping your "pinkie and ring fingers" off your magazine to prevent loading the mag.
It also does not get in the way when doing combat shooting. Nothing to hang down preventing "curb" cover shooting. Nothing to catch on a fence when going over the top. Nothing to change the balance of your rifle.
