Who are we?
We are a husband and wife team who have combined our backgrounds to form a small business to help make ends meet in this economy.
Ronda, CEO and President of a 100% female owned business: Several years experience as a bank manager, and customer service supervisor. She worked for about 5 years as both an office manager for a body armor company, and as a territorial sales representative. She is very knowledgeable regarding ballistic properties, and would be happy to help give female officers a proper fitting in a comfortable environment.
Jim helps out with sales and training: A MN POST licensed officer with over 25 years of experience as FT, PT, and Reserve officer for various agencies. An FAA licensed Airline Transport Pilot, Flight Instructor, and member of the FAAST Safety Team. Trained by ALPA as an aircraft accident instructor, and certified by several manufacturers as a Master Instructor to be able to teach officers/trainers proper use of the equipment we sell. He has been published by several aviation and law enforcement magazines with articles about aircraft accident response and officer safety.
Our Goal: Provide officers and agencies quality products, with great customer service and training through your local dealer, through our retail sales, or factory direct. Unlike other businesses now days, we still believe helping the customer is top priority. When possible, we choose USA made items over popular brands.
